Who am I? My name is Miriam Deutscher. I am originally from England, where I lived for the first 19 years of my life. Since then I have lived in Israel. I was an English teacher for many years, and then studied translation at Bet Berl College and began working in the field some 10 years ago.
I specialize in business and academic translation, education (including transcripts and psychodidactic assessments), Judaism, and tourism. I am a native English speaker, have lived in Israel for over 25 years, and am a recognized member of the ITA (Israel Translator Association).
I have translated many published academic papers on various topics - particularly social sciences, Judaica, history, politics, and education.
I have also translated websites, letters, articles, and other business and personal needs.
I also edit British or American English projects, including academic editing.
